Ok this is going to be depressing.
It's a British tv move from about 1984. I've been looking for it for years now. It is hard to find. It shows a nuclear war. not glamorously. It's kind of depressing.

We downloaded and watched this entire thing. Though its an interesting idea, and certainly a movie of its time, it isn't very well excuted. In fact, in spite of it's good intentions, its some of the worst techincal movie making I've ever seen. You watch it and decide.
